After our visit to the Horse Park, we headed to Keeneland Race Track also in Lexington. I think it is safe to say that Keeneland was the biggest surprise of our trip. It was an amazingly fun and a great way to spend a few hours.
The top picture is what we saw as soon as we entered through the ticket gate, no joke. It was exactly what you would imagine a Kentucky horse race track to be. We grabbed some lunch, watched a few races and someone (my sister in-law Kelsey) even won some money. Over all it was great fun and I recommend a trip to the track for anyone heading to Kentucky.
