Ooooops last week I said I was going to have a little springy project for you, but I forgot that it would be the first Friday of the month and therefore it is a "read something good" day! This month I'm reading Elizabeth Gaskell's 19th century novel Cranford. I fell in love with the stories of this small British town a few years ago when I saw the wonderful BBC mini series of the same name. Then when I saw this amazing Penguin Classics edition I knew we were meant to be. So here is to warm sunny spring days getting to know new friends from old times!P.S. did you read Swamplandia!?
